Saw the meme from Raven's page and I'll do it just cause I can shock people by posting journals.
This is your first look at the main character in my upcoming project. His name is Tselel.

Here's to motivation.

I swear, this time around I mean it. I'm trying to start a project. But I will only be able to begin it once I finish my summer work for school. Once it is complete, I'll probably be hitting this one pretty hard. If it turns out well, it may end up as a novel length. At the shortest it will be at least 5 pages on Microsoft Word.
I hope to write an elaborate tale of desert nomads in a fictional world ruled by groups of warriors. The world is full of swordsmen, magicians, scouts, and other such thing that make a warring tribe last any length of time in an arid wasteland where every other group is your enemy. It is a tale of how this world works and how it can be turned on its head with the fewest people possible. I hope it actually turns out well. If I succeed, this will be one of my pieces I will be proud of for years.
Things to think of to give you a general idea of what it will be like would be the following prompts.
Post apocalyptic, steampunk crossed with medieval (insane, I know), wasteland, and of course the idea of nomadic tribes.
Essentially postapocalyptic steampunk will be the idea. Maybe. It's subject to change. But once all the reading and reports are complete, I'll hit this one hard.
Thoughts and such should be posted below. I'll answer what I can and say "I love your hair." if I have no idea how to answer.
